“Greased Lightnin’” Strikes Again!
We’ve all worked on a production of Grease back in another century. Yet, while the world has changed a lot since then, ‘grease’ has remained the word.
Congratulations to our longtime client, LA’s La Mirada Theatre, and their producing partners at McCoy Rigby Entertainment. Grease closed February and is officially the second-highest-grossing and most heavily attended show in LMT history.
This follows record-setting runs of Mamma Mia!, The Sound of Music, and In the Heights, all within the last two years since Sweibel Arts took the marketing helm. How? Even in this changed world, there are signals to show us the way. SMART tools. Strategy. Goals. Tactics. KPIs.
Over six weeks, we released a barrage of carefully curated, highly engaging content. Check out the post-opening video from our partners at Take Creative. As good as anything on Broadway; I love the bit at 0:25.
Congratulations to La Mirada Theatre.
