Our executive search practice includes an onboarding module for new hires (unlike other recruiters). And we're equally committed to elevating the performance of current staff through our professional development services.

We offer curated, four-week programs as well as bespoke arrangements designed to accelerate new hires and existing staff—whoever has the drive and needs just a good gust of wind to get up to speed. We teach anything and everything— pricing, cross- and upselling, digital, social, content, engagement, mail, email, inbound/outbound sales, promotions, PR, project management, and more. And because we work extensively within marketing departments, we facilitate the internal relationships that allow these processes to function seamlessly.
