Single Ticket Marketing
The Sweibel Arts crew has developed marketing plans for shows coast to coast that have broken house records. Our planning intensive leverages that experience to give your shows the extra boost. Choose the modules your organization requires. The program is bespoke yet affordable.
Module 1: Audit of Past Productions
First, we audit your event sales history. Using your data, we analyze past plans, actual efforts, final sales, and final reports. This work leads to the development of appropriately aggressive revenue goals, prices, budgets, and benchmarks, and sets the stage for a complete event marketing plan to focus on the "Seven P’s of Marketing—product positioning, place, pricing, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence".
Module 2: Marketing Planning
The marketing plan puts the oars into the water, with comprehensive strategies, tactics, and timelines for all activities including advertising, content, pricing, promotions, and PR.
Module 3: Brand Activation
The next step—too often given short shrift in the industry—is positioning of the show. What is it? Who’s it for? Why is it special? Why should people believe? Detailed answers to these critical questions drive the development of a consumer-focused brand. When the positioning is proper, everything—key art, blurbs, content, promotions, PR—comes together to activate what's most compelling about the product
Module 4: Advertising
Next we harness all the information we can glean from your past events and plans, and our experience, to develop detailed, digital-forward advertising campaigns that spend smartly and yield maximum ROI.

“We engaged Robert to undertake a holistic review of our subscription campaign strategy. He ran an efficient, data-driven process and provided us with actionable insights for both short-term impact and long-term consideration. I was impressed with his work and would recommend him — and his considerable expertise — to others.”
